How about throwing them out and then stop making cookies...
-
Because you have a different maintenance level when you're 30 pounds lighter. If you eat at maintenance, you will maintain your weight.
-
Maybe you should stop eating back your exercise calories and see if that shakes things up.
-
It's been exactly 7 days since I've taken your advice and I've lost 1 lb, a half inch from my gut, and a half inch from my waist.

If you have a smartphone, use the app. It's so easy.

The last time I was at a Chinese buffet, they brought me the chicken with no sauce and some steamed broccoli. It doesn't hurt to ask.

Most people are so involved in what they are doing that they probably won't even notice you. Are there personal trainers there - someone that can give you a tour of the gym and explain how to do different exercises? Also, the internet is your friend. Look up ideas for workouts and pay special attention to form and posture.…

Screw the cheese - get the ice cream sandwiches....

Make sure you're eating enough protein also. Don't use MFP's reccommendation.
-
It's about overall fat loss. You need to continue to lose fat, and your belly will follow. That's great that you lost 80 lbs - so there should be no doubt that you can do it. Just keep after it!
-
How about scheduling when you go out to eat - say twice a month. Also, he's got to want to do it. You 'nagging" ( I know you're not really nagging, but if he really doesn't want to do it, that's what it will seem like to him) isn't going to help. Have a serious talk with him. Tell him that he really has to want to do it…

What are your goals? Purely weight loss? Are you tracking your food?
-
Yes you can do it alone. It may be more difficult and take longer, but you can do it without pills.
-
How does YOUR body handle those types of carbs?
-
Eating at too much of a deficit will cause you to lose some muscle, but you can always change things up and try to build if you need to - or just want to.

You can add protein powder to meals. I like to put vanilla protein powder in plain greek yogurt. I also put it in oatmeal, smoothies, mix it with peanut butter (not low fat). There are endless things that you can do with protein powder.

If you're losing and are satisfied with the results, why change now?
-
What's this "Moar exercise" that you speak of?
-
You can ask this question over and over again, as many times as you'd like, and you won't get a response.
-
Don't waste your time with a so called "detox". Drink plenty of water, exercise, and for god's sake (and your own), eat real food.
-
Hey, as long as you are changing the composition of your body, don't worry about the scale for now. Good job.
-
Eggs - over easy. Then, mix it all together and get the runny yellow mixed with the rice. It's the best.

If you're concerned that you can't drop your calories any more, try this. You obviously need to do something different. Just remember, you may gain a little by upping your calories before you start losing again. Doesn't happen to everyone, but you may see some gains first.
-
Have you considered upping the protein? You can add protein powder to many things, and the additional protein may help to keep you feeling fuller longer. These are just suggestions. Since you're stalled, you need to do something different.
-
Are you changing it up in the gym? Be sure not to do the same things over and over again. Also, if you've been at a certain calorie level for three months, and your not losing, sounds like it's time to drop it a little again. But you have lost 65 lbs, so good for you.
-
Are you currently losing right now? If not, you need to either up your activity level, or decrease your calories. When you hit the point that you want, stay with it until you stall and need to change it up again. I don't think anyone is going to be able to tell you how many calories you should be eating.
-
Bingo.

From what I understand, the deficit comes into play with your TDEE vs your BMR. Your BMR is your calories burned just for normal bodily function. Your TDEE is the total amount of calories burned for your activity level. So, the deficit would need to come from your TDEE, but try to stay above your BMR. You will also hear…
-
Change things up. What you're doing right now doesn't seem to be working, so change something. Change your activity level or your caloric intake - do SOMETHING different until you start seeing results again.
