So its "bad to eat/drink milk or cheeses" but its okay to eat the meat? I'd think the meat would be more cancer-causing if anything.

So the OP automatically assumes that if we don't eat the "heavenly and most nutritious meat" then we have to have meat substitutes and that all vegetarians eat meat substitutes because we can't live without it..Those things are vile and all the news lately about Soy beans (which is what is in most of the fake burgers etc.)…

i think shes trolling to be honest, eating in a small window and allowing your body lots of time to process the food and start eating at the body fat during the fasted hours isn't rocket science, I know lots of people who have lots those last stubborn 10-15 pounds through fasting and have so much energy they can't sit…

drug counseling LMAO...some of these people have to be trolling..and to OP - I fast after a binge and I feel fine, my grandma fasted once a week atleast half her life due to religious reasons and lived til 95 years old...

with pasta and rice it should be easy to steam them and toss them with it thats what i do.

I don't believe in the eating back exercise calories thing, unless your within 5 pounds of your goal...Otherwise you just ran 3 miles to "Afford" to eat a brownie or something it doesnt make sense

People try to say bacon is healthy so they can continue eating it. In my opinion its fine in moderation

I say skip the peanut butter its unhealthy, instead eat beans and almonds for protein instead. Almond butter might be a more healthy choice. Peanut butter has a lot of saturated fats to protein ratio.

i was a vegetarian for about a week and i couldnt handle it, felt tired all the time and stuff so i went back to eating bacon and meat

Flissbo, you need to stop stepping on the scale every 5 mins. The human body can fluctuate 5 pounds give or take (water, sodium, bacon) you will fluctuate. If you stepping on it once a week u may see more consistant result?

Well fruit contains a lot of sugar so I think a little moderation and sometimes as a quick sugar fix substitute is a great idea. But all sugar is technically natural, aliens didn't drop it off.

if your a fan of peanut butter, a hearty peanut butter and banana sandwich is pretty fulfilling and healthier then jelly but just as sweet. You could also try peanut butter and honey, its easy to assemble and really gives you a lot of energy. -edit- make sure its whole wheat bread for the health benefits plus fiber

i'd say peanut butter and banana but if your trying to lose weight I wouldnt recommend that combo. If your doctor is recommending it for the protein why not eat red meats instead?

yeah i freak out when i gain 2-3 pounds too hehe, nothing to worry about just normal body fluctuations..what ir eally find helps OP is to stepping off the scale and not use it only use it once a week ya know?

once in awhile won't hurt, but moderation is key. Just like soda and bacon, moderation is the key.

so i should eat more red meat to up my protein? like steak and bacon i know has tons of healthy protein in it, so heres my dilemma should I give up bacon-steak-red meat, or keep eating it for its healthy protein content?

i would eat lots of everything bagels + cream cheese, lots of coke and reeses peanut butter cups.Ruffles cheddar flavor chips, krispy kreme donuts by the dozen every hour, peanut butter by the spoonful!
