Drinking water instead of beer would make you miles farther on your weight loss path.

Also please don't eat Boca burgers and pretend they are "health food" especially because they are full of filler and almost 110% Soy which just turns to estrogen and gives men boobies, so unless you like being a man with a nice rack i'd suggest cutting them out.

Usually 1 or 2 bagels with either cream cheese or butter, couple of pancakes with chocolate chips or blueberries/bananas and bacon cheese sandwich on a Thomas english muffin. Sunny D or Tropicana orange juice (few glasses) Thats a typical breakfast for me.

for me peanut butter, 2 tablespoon is 200 calories....thats massive.. i was slathering it on toast every morning...no wonder i was fat and not losing weight

Judging from your picture it looks like your already at your goal-weight or close....You lose weight slower the closer you get to your goal and this could be why you've only lost roughly 1 pound a month. Or --- your not eating at a big enough defecit to make a difference to your weight-loss

I found that to be true when I first began losing weight...but when the first 20 pounds came off and i looked and felt a lot better it actually makes you wanna go out and be social lol...i found it also helps encourage you to lose the rest.

subway is "fast food" and should be considered as such. Fast food is never good for losing weight ever.

For instance, lean beef or chicken breast, is healthier then a carb filled bowl of brocolli..carbs turn into glucose, I think weight-loss MIGHT be faster if we stuck with lean meats instead and the ocassional bacon.

Myth: eating back exercise calories makes you lose weight a lot faster. Fact: it doesn't your just minimizing the effects of the exercise, a calorie deficit causes weight loss, eating back the calories was a waste of time...you just ran for nothing!

Lets start a new topic and end it with another myth. Starvation mode, i'm sorry but if your eating under 1200 calories a day..regardless of the wives tales you've heard, will unhealthily lose all your weight and muscle.
