Great post! I couldnt agree more with the calorie counting. ED is something I have dealt with for far too long and it wasnt until I took the numbers out of the equation that I finally started to live and enjoy eating and exercising. My life and happiness for so long revolved around the number of calories in what I was/was…

I will eat your fries if you don't want them.

Wow, your journey is incredible. I hope you continue to enjoy every second of this new life YOU have created for yourself.

Congrats on an awesome loss! Use that picture as motivation to continue striving toward your health and fitness goals. Some days will be easy and some days will be excruciatingly hard. Don't give up. I look forward to more success story posts from you in the future :)

I walk my two dogs a minimum of 60 minutes every day. It's my zen, prozac, whatever you want to call it. It clears my head, I get a little sun, and I just enjoy watching them. They are in complete bliss, loving life, just on a simple walk. P.S. I'm a crazy dog lady.

You look fantastic! I may have to overcome my fear of the gym and start picking up heavy things :)

I have a desk job and I take a walk every break I get. I can usually get in about 4 miles during work. I find that it helps me clear my head, especially on those extra frustrating days.

You are one sexy mama!! You look truly amazing.

I would absolutely invest in a Gentle Leader. It is a head collar and a life changer! I have a 90lb Shepherd and a 50 lb Lab/Pitt mix and I couldnt walk/run with them without it.

Awesome! Congrats on your success!

Bump for later.

I have/had the same issue and am also trying not to become obsessed.

Me! I'm still logging my exercise and most of my foods, just to keep myself in check. My goal now is to push myself harder and to work on becoming stronger.

This sounds awesome! I'm all about savory so this is a must try!

I love cottage cheese! I eat the plain kind on triscuits, it's yummy!

Where's the cheese?

Sure, I'll try anything once. *famous last words*

It really depends on the kind of yoga you are doing. Some focus on stretching and balance, centering yourself, strength, there is hot yoga... Some people use it to clear their minds after long and busy days, I personally practice because of how great my body feels after class. I feel like my body is energized and alive, I…

Rip your shirt off and pound your chest 5-6 time, no more no less. You don't want to over do it.

Mmmm Freebird! Yeah, I totally stalked your diary.

I had a 13 year affair with Marlboro Menthol Lights and succesfully quit a year ago. I hope one day I don't miss smoking because I still do.

I drink it with hot water and raw local honey, because it's 'supposed' to help prevent sinus infections. I'm feeling pretty good but I'll never get use to the taste. Yuck!

I just had Pho last week and I found a few choices in the database. It's actually not that bad (until you see how much sodium is in it).

Crazy dog lady here. Like a crazy cat lady except cooler, kiddingnotkidding. This 90 lb pile of fur sleeps at the bottom of the bed like a boss. And this 50 lb beast seems to think I'm in HER spot. Moral of the story is: I would love another dog, I just don't want to be forced into the guest room.

I've been cooking veggie type casserols, pasta bakes and soups. I found lots of great recipes on Cooking Light. I make one or two on Sunday and then I bring it to work for the week for lunch. For me, i'm just bored with the typical "lunch foods". I like the idea of having butternut squash lasagna for lunch or a tasty…

I think we are dating the same person, except mine is a prety good cook! My solution was having my finace's assistant remind him to take lunch breaks!

The big guy is a German Shepherd and the little one is a Lab/Pitt mix.

I have a facebook friend who is always asking us to "prey" for her kids when they are sick. Cringe-worthy.
-
I have the same issue with carrots! I cannot eat them raw but when they are cooked they dont bother me at all.

I love paddleboarding and have been logging it as stationary paddling. Thank you, Brody for the fantastic insite!
