I am definitely trying this tomorrow morning! Thanks!

I am 5'5" also and am not nursing but I have been eating 1800ish calories a day since mid May when I custom set my MFP values based on a couple of different calculators. Prior to this, MFP had me at 1400/day plus my exercise calories. I continued to lose weight (broke a plateau when I first started increasing) and a couple…

Thank you for sharing your story. I have suffered from depression in the past - mainly PPD after the birth of all my kiddos - and it is such a difficult obstacle to overcome. I have a hard time during the winter months and have to try extra hard to get out of and stay out of my "funks". It is so good you have great support…

You look great! Congrats!

Well, I'm doing a modified schedule of RI30. For 30 DS I did each level for 2 weeks - did 2 days 30DS, one day cardio, 2 days 30DS, one day cardio, one rest day. For RI30, I was going to do the same thing but couldn't get out of bed early enough on Monday/Tuesday so had to do a quicker Gilad Total Body Sculpt instead. So…

Yes!! Hamstrings are super sore! It's better today than it was yesterday. I felt like I was walking around like Frankenstein b/c my legs were so sore.

I did day one this morning! So glad I found this thread!

Sounds great!

I love peanut butter! I eat it almost every day. It hasn't stopped me from losing weight. I just make sure it's within my calories for the day. Your snack sounds awesome! I do the apple/PB thing but have never added candy corn.

My kids love these. They are pretty dense so they take a while to cook. Very yummy! I don't like ginger so I substitute ground cloves for the ginger. http://www.chef-in-training.com/2011/07/pumpkin-pancakes/

I have this one. I bought it at Target on clearance several years ago. I really like it and have never had an issue with it only going up to 5 pounds. If I had to replace it, I would buy it again. http://www.oxo.com/p-502-5-pound-food-scale-with-pull-out-display.aspx

This is a great workout. I actually did it back in April/May and lost almost 7 pounds and over 20 total inches. I spread it out over 6 weeks, though, so I only did each level's workouts 8 times instead of 10. I would do a couple of cardio days in there to give my muscles a rest from the 30DS. I just restarted it again a…

Sounds yummy!

Uncooked oats. I use regular oats but I think quick cook ones would work, too.

I just reread the recipe and realized mine calls for 1 tsp. of vanilla, too. I bet Nutella would be awesome! May be kind of messy, though.

I found these on Pinterest a few months ago and I try to keep them stocked in my fridge. My kids love them! I do too. :) I use my small Pampered Chef scoop and get about 32-36 balls in one batch so each one is about 55-60 calories. I get ground flaxseed at Walmart. It's next to the flour/corn meal/yeast at my store. ETA:…

Check and see if your library has video games, too. Ours just started carrying them.

Yes! Sometimes I'll add peanuts to this, too. So yummy!

Yes! What she said!

For me, once I started increasing my water intake, I quit having to use the bathroom all the time. It took about a week, I think. Someone mentioned keeping your urine pale to clear and that's the way I make sure I am getting enough water. Also, if I don't get enough water, I feel so sluggish and my body hurts more. One…

You look fantastic and congrats to you and your wife!

Sounds great! I only have chocolate protein powder here so they may be extra chocolate-y.

These look fantastic and really easy to make!

This sounds great! I've done just pumpkin and a cake mix but you can still taste the pumpkin a little bit. The chocolate pudding probably helps cut that down.

At the end of the week, you will get an email report from fitbit that shows you the average daily calorie burn from that week among other data. I love my weekly report!

I try to go once every month or two but I haven't been since right before Easter. I need to go again and have my two oldest boys go also. They went right before Easter at school.

My understanding is that you eat that much even if you don't work out that day. It should be OK as long as you put the right amount of activity when setting up (lightly active, moderately active, etc.). Yesterday was my rest day and I ate a little less than my 1800 but still above my BMR. I think I was at about 1600…
