Well not sure to give up as stopped most of the naughty things I was having every day earlier in the year and if have them now its about once a week. Ok I am only having it once a week but no chocolate for October.

Hi I have been on here for nearly a month but started my journey in February and have lost 17lbs,I have only counted calories since joining MFP so still have days I go over but that is just me not planning ahead with my meals I know I am eating a more balanced diet than I was at the start of the year so am not worried…

I have been on here for about 3 weeks,have found daily logging of food exercise has help,I weigh/measure once a week. Have added friends which has been great for dinner ideas if you can see their diary.You can become invoved as much or as little as you want Good luck and enjoy:wink:

I have a pilates kit,swiss ball and bands,I know they work as my other half uses them at his gym,I just need to use mine!!

Well done,taking photos is a great way of tracking what you loose,I wish I had done it when I started loosing weight earlier in the year before joining MFP. Look forward too the next up date and photos :flowerforyou:

I weigh once a week on my way to work,as I do not own a set of scales,down side is I am now wearing more clothes and shoes as the weather is getting cooler.I think its time I bought some scales and can the weigh in at home,wearing the same thing each time
