I have the bodymedia link that goes around your arm, syncs with your phone. Very easy to use! It is also what the biggest loser ppl use in the show. Keeps me motivated throughout the day too since it gives you real time updates. Hope this helps!

I am always looking for new motivated friends! Anyone can add me - I log every single day. :)
-
I just picked a number too - something I thought would be a realistic starting goal weight. Once I get there I will probably challenge myself again to lose more!

@dodihere maybe a little Amy Smart?

WOW!! So he has been with you for this long and is just now saying your weight is holding your relationship back? This sounds like some BS if I've ever heard any. As harsh as what he is saying to you is - he could have said it a little better. I think he is incredibly selfish and not thinking of your feelings at all. If I…

^This! On the days I cannot stand the thoughts of working out, I say - ok just 20 minutes. Once I'm there it's easier to keep going and I find this level of motivation. I'm already sweating my butt off, might as well keep going and burn as many calories as I can!

I would love some new friends for motivation. So please, add me!! I started this journey in April 2012 and have lost 72lbs. I still have about 93lbs to go to meet my first goal weight. I've been working out 5-6 days a week, pure cardio. I stick to the calorie plan (most days) but have fallen off the wagon a few times.…

Feel free to add me too! I'm always looking for motivating ppl to keep me accountable. :)

I've had success losing weight even though I have PCOS. When you lose weight too, the symptoms seems to start disappearing. I've not had many problems lately, which is awesome! I stick to my calorie plan(most days), and workout 5 days a week. Try and stay away from carbs/sugars - they seem to make me want to eat more and…

Just sent a request. I'm looking for new friends too, for motivation! Add me :)

Flip flops - I know this is terrible but I feel most comfortable doing my elliptical workout in flops. Crazy. If running or anything else, Nike :)

^^^this. This is exactly what I don't want to happen! I'm right around that 238 mark and I don't want to gain it all back. Need to find my motivating factors again.

I love cooking - and I usually stay within my calories during the week. I think where I struggle is the weekends. In the beginning it wasn't much of a problem b/c I was so dedicated to doing this. Now that I have lost a decent amount of weight I have this thing going on in my mind that is like - oh this one time won't…

I have the BodyMedia Link device and absolutely love it! It has helped motivate me to stay on track and workout. It syncs right up to my phone so I can see real time calorie burn, shows steps taken, even tracks how much you sleep!

Wow, wtg! You look awesome!!!

I struggle with the same thing - I usually don't eat any of mine back either! Everyone stalls or has a week or so where they didn't get the best results they wanted. I don't necessarily blame this on not eating back exercise calories though. Your body will let you know what it needs - do what you want.

I've been overweight all my life - since I was in 2nd grade I've been fat. Met my husband while I was this way and everything. Lost my father in March at a fairly young age and that fueled the biggest fire for me to get this weight off for good. While his passing wasn't so much weight related I could just see what was…

You look fantastic!

I'm 5'4 and GW is around 150 (for now). I figure once I get closer I'll probably change that to 135 - would be my ideal weight. SW: 314 CW: 237 GW: 135-150

Feel free to add me too! On here all the time :)

That's pretty hilarious b/c it happened to me as well! I thought there was something wrong with my side - was even having my hubby feel it. Then we realized it was my ribs lol.... I haven't felt those before :)
