    I'm 5ft3 - started here at 155
    CW: 140
    GW: 135

I am strength training now so I am taking a little emphasis away from what the scale says and focusing on improvement pics and how my clothes fit...and how many push ups I can do!!

my goal weight is only 150 right now, but I think I want to be muscular rather than lean. I wouldn't like myself lean less than 130 lbs personally.

I'm 5'4" and currently 171 pounds, started at 184 pounds. My goal is 145-ish, I want my BMI to be out of the overweight zone, I managed to get out of the obese zone last week which felt good! I did lose a lot of weight a couple of years ago when my dad died very suddenly, I was down to 10 and a half stone (147 pounds) and comfortable UK size 12, at the moment I'm a UK size 16 but getting closer to a 14 I think.

Almost there, I'm 5ft 3.5in. I started out at 168lbs, lost just under 40lbs and I am 130lbs right now. I like my body at this size, but I want to increase my musculature and get BF% down to about 20-22%, currently at 27%.

I'm 5'4 and GW is around 150 (for now). I figure once I get closer I'll probably change that to 135 - would be my ideal weight.

I am aiming for 130. I have about 50lbs to lose and I am just starting. If I keep bringing my lunch then I should be ok. It's eating out that's killing me!

I'm 5'4 with a somehwat medium frame, and I'd be stoked at 140-145. That's where I felt my best; however, I was also 14-15 years of age and spend 3-4 hours a day working out during tha ttime so right now I'm shooting for a good even 155-160.

Then 150 may be perfect! Just see how you feel at that weight and then reevaluate if you need to. I am medium/average framed and when I was 140, I felt great but ideal is around 130. I'm technically 5'3.5" lol
Maybe I should be aiming lower than 150! Once my doctor told me she didnt want me under 160. I fall into the bigger framed category though.

I am 5'4" and currently 157. My first goal is to lose 10 pounds, down to 147. I ideally would love to be around 140. We will see! I need to find an activity that I like to do and I think as soon as I find that, the weight will come off easily.

I am 5'4...SW 138, CW 134, GW 125 (for now). I am 25 and suppose I have a medium frame. I struggle with cardio most of the time because I have a larger chest. I am looking for friends to help motivate :-) Feel free to add me!!

i was 160lbs at one point and then i lost about 40 of that, and entered college at 124. i gained the stupid freshman 15, so up to 140ish (i blame the dining hall and the boyfriend at the time). i did little hikes and swam all that next summer to get back to 135 or 130 and my weight is still around that... i also know that freshman year of college, my hips grew wider (i was a size 7, but then went up to 9 or 11 depending on the jeans) and even if i lost any "butt fat" that is there, i don't think i could do a 7 comfortably. Anyways, my story is that i don't really have "weight loss" goals, but rather just to adopt a healthy lifestyle and try to keep up with exercise and if it comes with looking good, well so be it :)

My goal weight is 145, because based on my BMI that is a healthy weight. I have 5 pounds to go! Also, once I get to 145, I plan to maintain it, because I have so much muscle that I am never going to be 115-120. I am happy with it :)

I am 5'4, current wt= 153. I am 371/2. I started mfp a couple years back, but have never been a devoted "stick with it, die hard" member. When i started was prob around 135lb. So obviously die hard is the way to go, bc I cannot stand the way I look/feel these days and ready for a change. Would like to see progress, I start out eating better and exercising only to get on the scale at the end of the week for dissapointment. I know "quick fix" is not the way to go, but sure would like to know I am making some kind of headway. If anyone else has experienced this, but had good-fast results, pls share your strategy with me. Or give me some kind of starting point.
