Running on roads - Brooks Launch
Running on trails - Brooks Cascadia
Weight training/Circuit training - AVIA Z02 Cross Trainers
Walking - Old Brooks that are no longer worthy of running
Mountain biking/hiking - I usually wear the Brooks Cascadia but I should probably get something else for each

    Vibrams for lifting
Asics GT 2000 or Brooks Pure Cadence for running...I got the brooks at the end of summer loved them, but they gave me tendonitis in my left foot. So I switched back to Asics, which I also love. But then my Asics started slipping and felt too big so I went back to Brooks. So far so good, but I'm also not running as much as I was when I first got them.

    Also, Nike Free Run

Flip flops - I know this is terrible but I feel most comfortable doing my elliptical workout in flops. Crazy. If running or anything else, Nike :)

Nike Free Run or barefoot, depending on the workout.

might have to give nike's a second try. I've tried them before and they just hurt my feet. That was before I had surgery on my left foot though so maybe I should give them a shot again.

I currently have saucony's love them and have been looking at another pair but just trying to find maybe something that works a bit better.

I have tried a few different "sorts" of "TOE SHOES" and just can't get down with them...

thanks for all the reply's keep EM COMING!!!

Just bought my first pair of Saucony's and LOVE them! I was worried because I really loved how my Brooks fit (I am 97% flat-footed so I'm a severe overpronator), but I am really happy! Not to mention I didn't have to pay $130 for them!! Win win!!

Barefoot ones from Rivers. I love love love them & they are super light. $40 a pair & I have gone through 2 so far, green ones & coral ones. I love them & planning to get a new pair in a week or so. I workout hard enough that they actually get worn down super fast for me.
