I think it is good for you to vent and get it all out of your system so you can move on. I would say you contact both your sons and let them know how you feel and that you would like to do something for his birthday also.

I agree with the fact that you have to motivate yourself by picking something that you really want. You can do this just keep in mind moderation and you will do great.

It will only add back the calories from your workouts if you put them in. It does not do it automaticly

My weakness is cheese puffs I can eat a whole big bag at once and yes I feel like crap afterwords. I try not to have them in my house for that reason!!!!

when you add sugar to your diary it adds the calories so where it is not good to have to much sugar you can stay within your calorie count and be alright

I have used one and yes I believe it is a good workout.

There is nothing wrong with being under you calorie intake allowence. You just don't want to go over!
