WOW it is great to see all the people getting in their mileage by joining this group!!!!
It was another beautiful day so I took my 3 furry kids and we ran 6.5 miles!! I now have 80.5 miles to go!!! Hope the weather stays nice so I can continue to run outside in the fresh air instead of inside on the"dreadmill"!!!0 -
I'd love to join the challenge as well. This is such a great idea. I rode the bike for 3 miles and walked for 1 mile today for a total of 4 miles today. Tommorrow is a swim day. Hope swimming counts!0

Yikes .. maybe the accountability will make me train for that January half. So, I'm starting as of November 01 and my goals are N to B running by Christmas, and weekly by bike.
Running Nov 1: 5.5k, Nov 02: 10k is 15.5km, 151.5 to go.
Cycling Nov 01 was 40, Nov 02: 6k (UPHILL!!!!!!!) 111 to go this week.0 -

Those tickers are soooo cool! I am computer dense but am wondering HOW you make them??
Today was a gym day while waiting to get new tires put on my car. I had a "chatter" by me while on the elliptical and when I last looked it was 3miles. I will go with that although it was a little more and then I lifted weight and did ab work for another 35 minutes! A good overall workout!! I have 77.5 miles to gooooooo!!!!!0 -

Only got in 1.5 miles today due to sneezing, drippy nose and a slight temp going on!! That makes 23.6 down and 74 to go!!0

I plan to report my results every Wednesday since that is my weigh-in day. So starting 10/29/10 and ending today, I have walked 10.1 miles! Whoop!

Cycling - 43.5 to go for my weekly 157 challenge.
Running - Nov 4: 6.3k, so 134.2 to go.
Not enough oxygen getting to the brain with all this running. Had my sums well confused the first two days!
