Christmas Challenge: Nazareth to Bethlehem (157 km)

Hey Everyone! I know many of you are looking forward to Christmas, but the holidays can be a challenging time. I am going to ride, walk, run, whatever, the distance from Nazareth to Bethlehem by Christmas.

It's 157 km.

I've started a blog about it and I thought I would put the challenge out there for anyone who might be interested. All you need to do is start a tally of the number of kilometers you have been travelling (by any means) and post on the thread periodically on how far you have gone. I'd say check in maybe once a week to let us know how you are doing. Post on this thread or friend me and follow my blog to become part of the challenge.

    That is 58 days from from today and we have 97.6 miles to go so we can average 1.68 miles per day!! I'm in, I work out EVERY day anyways so I may as well walk to Bethlehem!!! Se ya all there!!
    Do we just come back to this thread to post our mileage?

    I started on my journey today with a 3.5 mile run and a .5 mile walk. A total of 4 miles with 93.6 miles to go!!!! The weather was great, a calm 56* and the fall scenery was beautiful!!

    Wow, great start!!! At this rate, you'll be there in no time! (If you finish early, I have another way to challenge you in mind!)

    I started today too and got in 5 kilometers :) 152 km to go!

    I am participating in a 100 mile before Thanksgiving but this will keep me going through Christmas.

    I walked / jogged 4 miles today!

    Count me in! I'd love to do this challenge! How about I post my weekly mileage on Wednesdays? That's my weigh-in day so it might as well be my mileage (or km) report day as well!
