I also only did this one day! It just about killed me and I was hanging onto walls when trying to walk down steps. I didn't think I was that out of shape since I had been running on the treadmill and doing the eliptycal at the gym. It definitely worked muscles I wasn't using doing the other exercises. There's plenty of support here so you've come to the right spot. Just logging everything you eat is half the battle. I know it's hard with kids, especially four but I know you can do this!!!! There are lots of success stories on this site to movtivate you. Welcome! :wink:

I work 12hr shifts and don't go to the gym on days I work. I work in a 420,000 sq ft hospital and walk at least over 50% of it continually on days that do I work. I would like to take credit for the 12hrs of walking because I get extra hungry on those days from all the moving around. So, that's why I asked about counting…

Don't know the song but I'm singing your praises with you!!!!!! It's a huge victory. It takes 3500 cal to equal one pound so you have managaed to cut out and burn 3500 calories out of you daily life. That's awesome!!!! Good job!
