Delicious Chicken Marinade

This is my favorite marinade for chicken and pork. I was just mixing some to have tomorrow with my salad and I thought I should share..so yummy!

5 tbsp. lemon, lime or grapefruit juice
3 tbsp lite soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp dried basil

Mix and let meat marinade at least 6 hrs (I always do at least 24!) Soo delicious!!!

    How many pieces of chicken do you typically marinade in this? Is it intended for just one chicken breast(or one piece)? Just curious. TIA It does sound yummy!

    I normally do about 4 chicken breast, today I did 8 chicken tenders.
