I was told by my doctor that he believes I have fibro. He wanted me to go see a specialist and get officially diagnosed. I refused to go, I don't have time for fibro lol. add me if you'd like. i totally understand where you're coming from! ii have to get up at 5am as well to workout but i only have to go as far as my livingroom. i'm starting to lose my motivation just to even go that far :grumble: ...sad but true!

I like the workouts. I do them at my own pace, of course still pushing myself the whole way. I want the strength I'm feeling to last longer than 30 days lol. As for the biggest loser show and stuff, I don't agree with it. Too much too fast, not healthy.

My fiance is almost 8 years younger than me. we have so much in common and we are on the same "maturity level". It works for us :D.

I feel your pain! I'm in the same boat and want to give up frequently. Sounds like you've done really well so far even though it's not as fast as you'd like. Hang in there, don't give up. Feel free to add me for support. :smile:

I've been doing the Couch to 5k for about 5 weeks. Curently I am on week 4 (again). Just wanted to say don't be discouraged if you have to repeat a week. It's ok it happens. It's a great program :D

I'm 5'1" and my hips were 42" a month ago, now 39". i am doing the couch to 5k program (www.c25k.com) and it seems to be working well. i've even lost 3" off my waist and .50 off my legs.

i am currently doing this. i'm on week 3 day 2 (tomorrow). i've never been a runner but always wanted to be. this program is great! i did have to repeat week 2 because my body wasn't ready for week 3 at that time. my advice is to really make sure your breathing is steady (i breath in and out of my nose for a 3 count each).…
