    Here are my goals. 100 miles walking, 200 miles on my new bike.

    Well I am on track with the walking with 27.6 miles in, but a very slow start on the bike. I have only got in 34.5 miles so far and should be around 70 if I want to complete my goal. Heading out shortly to add a few more miles. Think I will need to go out twice a day as I can only get in about 7 or 8 miles each ride before my butt starts to get sore. Hope to be able to update this thread more often. Keep it healthy everyone. Carla

    Back on track - Will be nice to see those 'weights' moving again! :wink:

    Ran 3.95 miles on the treadmill this morning! It's been pouring rain here for the last 4 days!!! The weekend is SUPPOSE to be nice... we will see...

    I haven't updated in a bit, so here's my rundown since I joined this challenge:

    5/1 1.5 miles walk/jog
    5/2 3 miles walk/jog
    5/3 .87 miles walk
    5/4 3 miles walk/jog
    5/6 4.17 walk
    5/7 2 walk/jog
    5/8 1.40 jog
    5/9 3 walk/jog

    Total: 18.94 miles down, 31.1 to go!

    Only 1 mile today before my knee started hurting and I had to walk. :sick: Only the 10th though, so I have every intention of catching up soon.

    Its taken me a while to get started with not being allowed to exercise until this week so far I've managed to catch up...
