  • My weight gain begun when I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and they put me on the antipsychotic, quetiapine. I averaged at about 8.5 stone when I was in my early 20's (and managed to get back to that in 3 weeks after my first daughter!). A few year back when i first went on my meds, they warned me I would put on…
  • -10lbs in a week! My bloating has gone and I have been working really hard but I'm guessing the majority is water loss. It could be anything. Keep at it
  • Lovely, thanks for the link!
  • Thank you. I'm just doing a combo of cardio and strengthening exercises at the moment, but modifying your usual sit ups and crunches to more trans abs friendly exercises. I just need to know What I'm doing is worth it!
  • Accepted
  • Thank you for taking the time of day to give me a little push! People are so supportive on here :)
  • I take it last thing at night, I try to aim for about 10pm. But I still feel like I'm in a bubble during the day. All of your posts give me hope. I've really made the effort the past week so I think as long as I stay motivated and I at least manage to shift that first lbs I might just find the fight in me to keep on going.
  • Wow well done! It does help because I know that if is actually possible, and hopefully will spark some more motivation for me. So thank you. I'm trying to eat cleaner and push myself to exercise (even in my never ending drowsy state) and cutting down sugar is a biggie for me as the medication makes me crave it
  • I work out from home as im a student mum and dont have time time or the money to go to the gym! The 30 day shred is a great all round work out you can find it free from youtube. I also take pole dancing classes. You should see if your local gym holds classes and you might be able to join in with out membership, just a one…
  • Yes! Try adding a fresh lemon slice or two. Try it with either boiled water or cold tap water see which one you prefer. Personally i like it hot :) Its alot easier to go down and its really refreshing! And the lemon will boost your metabolism to no end, especially first thing in the day! Try it! :)
  • Hey! With the soreness it only lasts 3-4 days then your muscles get used to it. Try doing another round tonight, see how you feel in the morning, if your still feeling really ill then take a day off but make sure you go back to it! Honestly hun, the first few days are the worst, then it gets easier :) x
  • It depends what your eating! I'm at the 1200 calorie mark because it suits me (did the calorie body Bmi calculater thing and I'm only supposed to be eating 1280 anyway so just stuck at 1200) I used to find it extremely hard until I switched to just eating non processed real food, and now I find myself with between 300-100…
  • I only log exercise, and walking also. Cleaning etc doesn't count for me. It's better to track Under than to track over just In case you go over your calorie goal without realising and then finding out in the long run you haven't been losing any weight haha!
  • Well done, keep at it!,
  • It gets easier after the 3-4th day when you start to notice your strength! You'll stop hurting too haha! think I'm on day 14, did it last year and I only got to day 12 because level 2 kicked my *kitten* haha
  • When your on a casual sunday walk with friends and an ambulance drives past and you automatically scream "NEEE NAAAWWW NEEEE NNAAAWWWW!!"
  • Is there àlot of sugar in that pepsi max?? If ur not keen on water why not try a glass with a squeeze of a lime wedge in it and have it super cold? Soda water and fresh lime is also tasty and really refreshing! I used to heave when I tasted plain water but now I'm on 2L p/day give or take the odd orange juice or smoothie!…
  • I think it's brill. Completed a full week I'm definatelymore toned and as well as eating well I've lost 3lbs since Monday. Def worth it!
  • I just did day 7 today, noticed I'm a lot more leaner now and my calves are killer! I love it!
  • Grilled chicken salad as I was very naughty and had blueberry crumble and custard after lunch today!
  • You work cardio, strength and abs so it's everything really Hun!
  • I workout at home as I have a new baby, I put MTV dance on and those skimpy clad women with bikinis motivate me. Just think of how impressed theyd be of you with a killer body haha! But iPod wise, dance all the way!
  • You do 10 days of level 1, 10 days of level 2, 10 days of level 3! I've just completed day 5 of level 1 and I feel stronger and more toned already. My calves look killer!
  • I'd kill to have a body like you, well done babe!
  • My friend uses this and her skin always looks beautiful
  • I have pretty pale skin under my tan, and I prefer to use MAC studio sculpt but it's quite thick! If I was blessed with your skin toneI'd use an oily skin cleansing product to banish that oil and use a tinted moisturiser! Ex make up artist :)
  • I've cut out coffee and I just drink pure water, give or take the odd glass of oj or smoothie a day. A good way of getting water down you is adding a splash of fresh lime :) And if I go out for a drink and I'm having a no alcohol week I have soda water with a fsh lime wedge. Delish :) (and it's free haha)
  • I'm a neuroscience student and we study physiology a bit on the side. It's true - we don't need 8 glasses a day, and even when your thirsty it doesn't necessarily mean we are dehydrated, it's just a survival mechanism to make sure we don't get there in the first place. 8 glasses is too much. HOWEVER, just because we don't…
  • Couldn't agree more!
  • I used to be so lazy until I had my baby! I'd sleep in Til 2pm if i could haha! I now get up between 6-7pm and then she has her morning nap about 9 so I get straight into it when she goes down. I'm used to it now! It might be hard at first but it's reually easy to change your routine. Grab a berocca when you wake so you…
