I do not have a lot of weight to lose but i want to get fit and be healthy as we only have 1 body and will never get another one so i want to treat this one right .   • Oh my i am 5'2 and about 120lbs my biggest part of my thigh is 20' I always knew that i had chunky thighs but i feel huge now! My calves are 12 1/2 and my biceps are 10 1/2 .
  • I am 5'2'' exactly and my profile pic is from about a year ago weighing in at 114 but i have been stuck in this funk of about 116-119 for awhile. My goal is 112lbs but now im pretty much waiting till after the holidays! Good luck hope this helps.
  • They are horizontal ridges, and yes for about a year now if i get a little cold or hold something cold a few fingers on both hands go numb and turn white they stay that way for a while.
  • Hi i am 5'2'' also and i am 31 i normally have always weighed around 112 but i had gained also from my job sitting at a desk. I am currently at 116lbs but am trying really hard to get back to 112 poss 110! Hope this helps.
  • Awesome i was really thinking apple but after looking all this up and measuring i can see hour glass and that makes me very happy!!. I still plan on trying to lose 5-8 pounds for my goal and to tighten and firm up. But would really love to get rid of the love handles and thigh fat Lol. Thank you all

I was worried , I usually drink 5 glasses of plain water and then about 4 cups of coffee, then usually a cup or 2 of herbal tea a day so i guess i average about 10 - 12 glasses a day . Thats good!
