Who wants to loose 10lbs this month (Oct) with me??

I'm in.....I joined the group 10 for Halloween hope that's the one....I lost 15 my first month and 8 my second, would really love to loose 10 this month.

if you all think you can lose 10 healthy pounds in October you might be crazy. Unless you are 150 pounds overweight, it probably isn't going to he healthy weight loss. They recommend 1-2 pounds a week. You would be shooting for 2.5 pounds a week. What happens on November 1st when you switch it back to losing 1.5 pounds a week?? Hmmm?

Aim for 5. Be healthy.
