Done...I'm happy with 8 pounds! Especially since I honestly think consuming 800mg extra sodium yesterday might be affecting the scale ;D I've been so good. I really enjoyed this challenge! I'm glad a lot of others seem to have had good luck with it too.
Where's the November challenge?! (Also: My scale stuck to the .6 until the very end.............! Magical.)

Im hoping to find some people to make a goal of loosing 10 lbs this month with me. I am the type of person that if I have someone to be accountable to I am more likely not to give up. We can each weigh in each Wednesday. And just post your weight and what it was each Wednesday...starting tomrrow. :-) So the dates will be the 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st. Good luck everyone, cant wait to see how many people weigh in tomorrow with me. :-) WE CAN DO THIS!!!
