  • I'm totally in! I was down to 131lbs (1 pound away form my goal!!!) & then I gained 10 pounds in 2 months. I am not sure why, but I think one of my meds causes weight gain. So I just joined a gym & am REALLY watching my diet. Let's DO THIS!

  • Sorry I'm late too but I want in my goal is to lose 10 lbs a month. So how are we tracking????
  • I'm in! I am struggling like crazy to drop 10 and it is just not going. I run and workout with a trainer twice a week but right now just seeing more muscle! Which is not a bad thing, but I want the weight gone too!! I am a day or so behind but will weigh in tomorrow morning!! Good luck everyone!

    I started out at 248 in 2005. I lost my weight with another program but I have held at this weight now forever. Trying to break it down.................really hard!! Hopefully this will help!!
  • Ok, I finally found that elusive spreadsheet, it wouldn't open on my Android. I added my name on it since i couldn't find my screenname on it. Pretty easy. Two days left to lose some more weight before another log in! :)
  • SW: 113kg = 248.6lbs
    CW: 109.5kg = 240.9lbs
    GW: 90kg= 198lbs

    3/10: 109.5kg = 240.9lbs
    10/10: 107.7 - = 236.94lbs
    17/10:
    24/10:
    31/10:

    Total weight loss for October: 1.8kg = 3.96lbs

  • I lost .2 pounds!!!! My boyfriend brought home a pecan pie the other day, curse my sugar tooth!!! Hoping for at least a full pound next time. :)

    -3lbs! This success is marred by the fact that it mostly came off by way of stress, being overtly busy, problems in the kitchen, and thus undereating. :( I'm hoping to take better care of my body this week! (And still see a loss next Wednesday. <3 )

    I hope everybody else was enormously successful this week and is still on board for this October challenge. :D
