It's easier to eat what you want when you went and as much as you want than it is to diet. Denial is a big factor. at last for me it was.

Send some to me! LOL The zucchinis around here are the size of small bananas. Not good.

I just bought a Polar FT7 from Amazon. It does everything I need it to do. Highly recommend. I paid about $73 for it.

Is 6lbs a week really healthy? I often wonder how those people on Biggest Loser maintain their weight after going home. There is no way I have 4+ hours a day to spend in a gym exercising hard core. I don't think I would even if I did. It's not something I want to do for the rest of my life. Just keeping it honest.

Go brush your teeth. That usually side tracks me enough to forget about wanting to graze and snack all day.

What an inspiration. Congrats on your success.

WTG! Congrats. I hope you continue to enjoy the gym! Most people are there for the same reason you are. To get healthy. Those that are there for anything else are not worth stressing over.

Thank you! This week I am going to eat back all the calories I exercised and see what happens.

It was a day in July when I was about 17 I was doing laundry at the local laundromat and a lady came up to me and asked me when I was due. I had no time to think of what to say so I just said May. She just looked at me with this dumbfounded look on her face. I was so embarrassed for several reasons. Mostly being fat and…

Awesome. When I hit onderland it was like a whole new world. It didn't seem so bad saying I weighed A hundred and 99 lbs but saying I weighed two hundred just felt so humiliating. Keep up the good work.

Get a can of diced tomatoes. Mix a 1/4 cup of vegetable oil with the tomatoes and soak your hands in that mixture for about 45 mins to an hour. I know this to work because my hubby burned his hands on jalapenos and this did the trick after he suffered for 4 hours with the pain.

I don't care what anyone else chooses to eat. They have to suffer the consequences of their actions. Do I think it's sad and probably think they should choose more wisely, yes but again I don't have to deal with the consequences. I was very mindful of what I ate on vacation (Punta Cana) and choose healthy foods like fresh…

1) because I was LAZY! Too lazy to cook a proper meal so fast food was a staple in my house. Makes me sick to think of how much fast food I used to eat. Never again. Haven't eaten at a fast food restaurant in almost 2 years even though I live 5 houses away from McDonalds, Pizza Pizza, Little Ceasars, KFC Chinese and…

Multibionta and I drink 3 cups of green tea (various flavours) per day. Was prescribed Palafer for iron deficiency but that makes me so sick I stopped taking it.

I have a Weight Watchers Scale. It shows Body fat pounds, body fat percent, body water, bone mass and weight. I love it. I take a picture of the scale every week and compare it from the previous weeks. It's interesting to see the changes. I've found it to be fairly accurate to my doctors office scale. [img][/img]

You are setting yourself up for failure by eating foods you flat out do not like. Why do it? There are many many other ways to get your protein in. Cottage cheese, nuts, chicken, eggs, etc. Don't force yourself to eat anything you don't like.

I just wanted to clarify that although MFP ticker states 5 lbs lost I have actually lost 70 lbs since I started this journey (for the 3rd time). I didn't know if I should put the previous 65 before I started on my ticker or not so I decided against it. Some of you may have been wondering how a 5lb loss could make that much…
