    I was looking at buying a Polar FT40, but the FT7 looks pretty nice too. The FT4 does seems pretty nice but I wanted a few more features that the previous two have.

    Bought a cheapy when I first started and couldn't make head nor tail of it...
    Then got the PolarFT4 and havn't looked back, it was 70 Euro's and the best
    buy...I love it.and can't work out without it, you can pause it between the day
    and checkout how many cals burned etc....

    I just bought a Polar FT7 from Amazon. It does everything I need it to do. Highly recommend. I paid about $73 for it.
