Not sure if this is the right board to post this on, but I am genuinely proud of myself! For the first time in a long time!

I met my first big goal this morning! The scale read 199.8!!!! I am so excited! I have been in the 200s for well over 3 years! My Dad would be so proud of me!

    Awesome. When I hit onderland it was like a whole new world. It didn't seem so bad saying I weighed A hundred and 99 lbs but saying I weighed two hundred just felt so humiliating.

    This is a big accomplishment I am hoping to be there is a couple weeks or even this week when I weight in. Congrats to you! The first big milestone is the most important accomplishment. On with the journey.....:wink:
