Can someone check my Subway math?

I'm looking to use 450 calories for Sat. lunch. Here's what I came up with:

12" Oven Roast Chicken Sub minus 6" of the Roll.

12" Cal 640 Fat 10 Sodium 1280 Carbs 94 Protein 46
6" Cal 220 Fat 2.5 Sodium 310 Carbs 42 Protein 8
Dif Cal 420 Fat 7.5 Sodium 970 Carbs 52 Protein 38

I can even get a Lg. unsweetened Iced Tea from Dunkin Donuts. for 10 more calories.

    a 6" subway roasted chicken sub on whole wheat is 310 calories. 4.5 FAT 600mg SODIUM 47 CARBS 21 G PROTEIN

    Subs with 6 grams of fat or less include wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, green peppers and olives.
