I have L4/L5 as well -check with your doctor/physical therapist/chiropractor before jumping into exercise (I didn't but I don't have insurance, so do as I say not as I do lol) I've been doing pop pilates with cassey ho on youtube and some gentle elliptical sessions. So far so good :)

This seems as good of a place to ask as any. I'm a terrible dancer, I have no coordination, but I want to shake up my exercise routine---do you think I could do Zumba without dire physical harm to self or others?

I've had this happen after a cheat day. I make an effort to double my water intake and avoid salty things (trixy with low carb, but doable) and the water weight falls off quickly. Everyone needs one of those mental health carb days, don't worry about it.

Check out yourlighterside I found a ton of low carb recipes including the cauliflower pizza crust. Snacks can be tricky but luckily I find if I'm getting enough protein at meals I don't really need to snack. Maybe nuke some pepperoni slices in the microwave in 20 second increments until they're crisp and you could tuck…

B- boiled eggs, deli meat, slice of cheese (kind of a mess was in a rush lol) L- Left over cauliflower pizza topped with sausage mushroom and pepperoni D-Shrimp alfredo made with shrimp, shiritaki noodles and Bertoli jarred alfredo sauce(only 2g for 1/4 cup!) and maybe some green beans mixed in :D Love reading your ideas!

Wow, thanks for the info! Stevia causes a reaction too aaaand it usually leaves a weird bitter flavor in things so 2 fold reason for avoiding it. Super helpful posts I am so appreciative.
