You wont get bulky!! Gaining a noticeable amout of "Bulk" is hard and takes a long time. If it was fast and easy, everybody would be walking around jacked.

Get the book "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe Excellent description on how to do all the big lifts. I am also self taught and I now compete in Powwerlifting competitions on a regular basis. That book helped me a great deal.

The number one thing you can to to get big.....is progression. If you keep switching exercises around, how will you progress. Pick one exercise and every workout either add at least 1 more rep, or add more weight. This BS about "muscle confusion" is just that, BS, Unless you stick with one exercise, you will never reach…

I agree...that calorie free peanut butter taste like s**t !! I eat 4-6 spoonfuls of regular old peanut butter a day...lots of "Good" fats...protein....just stay within my macros!

Well you need to read a milk gallon label buddy.......WHOLE Milk has 9 gram per cup Fat...8 gram per cup Protein. Not sure where you went to school, but I always thought 9 was more than 8

1 gallon of whole milk 2650 calories 208 carbs...all sugar 144 fat 128 protein

Bottom line..eat pasta if you want to....eat ice cream if you want to......eat pizza if you want to...I do Weight loss = calories out greater than calories in. eat 5000 cals a day...... burn of 5500....... you will lose weight. Not sure why everyone has to make this so much harder than it really is.
