    According to MFP, my BMR is 1,187.

    My daily calorie goal used to be 1200 until I started going over all the time because my appetite became seemingly insatiable. :/ and the red numbers kept flashing by.

    So I just changed it to "maintenance" and now it's 1480.. hopefully I'll be eating/netting under that most days though.

    My BMR is around 1700. My goal is 1500 and I eat back exercise. I am close to maintenance but when I was losing, I was set to 1300 and ate those cals back!

    How are you close to maintenance if you're eating below your BMR?

    My BMR is 1,339. I eat between 1,200-1,500 most days. I have my mfp counter on 1500.
