Their review are so-so on amazon.com for products. A lot of diabetic websites offer this brand. If I'm going to order space food, I use nashuanutrition.com they have a ton of selects but I'm not sure if they ship internationally though.

You can buy them at Walmart or any drug store. Your reading can vary pending on if you drank a lot of water before the test or not. Hi. I am also High protein low carb. I do a shake in the morning with my coffee, a shake or quest bar for lunch with 2 cups of veggies, then 8oz of lean meat for dinner with another 2 cups of veggies, and a protein snack. I got a lot of recipes from Pinterest.

I love their chocolate syrup! 2 tbsp of that in with my mocha coffee protein frappe in the morning, taste just like a real mocha frappe at Starbucks! Its awesome!

Thanks everyone! I have decided to keep on pushing threw, someone had recently said to me it was the easiest/hardest plan they have ever had to stick to and I agree. My coach have me a list of foods I can have also a bunch of other brands to try their good products however anything I eat has to fall into the criteria. Listen to your body first. If you can't excerise then don't. Shoot for a goal of 1200. If u need more try to cut bad fats and sugars out of your diet. You will lose it for sure. Whatch your carb and protein in take as well.

Water, water, water. I try to drink a whole bottle first give myself a few minutes then reevaluate. Sometimes, I'm hungry still, and most times I was just bored. Try to go for a walk or do something you have been putting off. Maybe you just need a little distraction and then before you know it, you will have moved on.

10 days for each phase. It's gets easier then harder that way. I like the program. I like that it was simple and quick. I have a busy schedule so 20/30minutes a day for me is awesome! Good luck gal! If you need help along the way I'm here for you!

Do what is comfortable for you. I started off at a walk of 3.3 and run of 5.4, walking for 5 mins warmup and cool down then 1 min intervals in between for 30 mins.
