  • Have to agree with the ball and rubbing your foot over it...for several minutes a few times a day... Also...stretch...stretch...stretch...Make sure you use the stretch that includes pulling you foot up to as close to your butt as you can...same arm on same foot...make sense...This exercise cured my problem...
