Vegetable and bean chilli with a couple of slices of sourdough toast with melted gouda on top.
Last night I had a lamb, carrot, ginger, cumin, mint spiced pizza (on a wrap for a thin crust base) with a plain old salad because I was lazy - baby spinach, capsicum and mushroom. The last two are my faves so it didn't need dressing up.0 -

I had a big NY Strip steak grilled up nicely last night, so I'm thinking healthier for today. I saw a recipe for an Eggplant Curry in one of my few vegetarian cookbooks and I'm about to go see if I can find some fresh eggplant at the grocery.0

I would have grilled it, but the grill is not cooperating and would not light. Not half bad baked. I marinated in Teriyaki sauce before baking.0 -

Well, I made chicken stroganoff, but the smell of it cooking all day made me sick to my stomach. So, now I'm having pork chops with broccoli and a little hash brown casserole.0

I had a tossed salad with chicken, as I was out for dinner and it seemed like a good choice from my options (and a pint of Rickards Red beer ;-o). Was tired on the drive home (did a trial run for my tri-a tri this morn), so I ate half a Titan protein bar to give me a pick me up so I would stay awake for the drive... @ home now with a glass of white wine...(ahhhh.....weekends....) The steak and salmon meals sure sound good.... maybe tomorrow:happy:0
