  • Personally if that was me, I'd just stick to how I'd usually eat on that day, I wouldn't cut the calories as you've already done the damage. Just let your body get back to it's normal routine. Drinking plenty of water usually helps me and I just stick to my daily amount and eat clean and try and fit a little bit more…
  • Eurgh.. this is the one thing that bugs me! My sister said this to me last night. (doing low carb and had a tiny bit of corned beef hash without the potato in!) and I just looked at her and said "shut up, least I'm doing something about my weight, instead of sitting there and moaning about it!"
  • I have only left one job and that was my last job. I worked in a solicitors as an Admin Assistant - I spent a year there before finding out the amount of work I had to do and how little I got paid for it. They kept promising courses and career paths for me but they never paid out or kept to their promises. I'd apply for…
  • Deffo trying this out later on! Sounds yummy as hell. Might add a tiny bit of cheese on top when cooking it to add a tiny bit of flavour :)
  • I’ve tried out both diets. I lasted about a month on the dukan diet – It’s extremely hard unless you like a lot of different meats – I only really like chicken, beef and pork and lamb (lamb is limited though) I’m also picky with fish and only really like salmon or tuna and cod. I think I stopped that diet as it got hard to…
  • They do fill me up nicely though and I am a sucker for snacking in the afternoon so If I have one of the chicken pesto flatbreads and a snack pack of grapes it fills me up until I make my dinner. (which is usually really late!) I've had a few of the ready meals before but I don't really shop at M&S so I can't really know…
  • We have an M&S sandwich van that comes to my work everyday and they have the fuller for longer bits on it. They do a chicken pesto flatbread that is amazing and ready meals on there too. I find they fill me up nicely and I go from like 12noon lunchtime until 7-8pm without snacking when I have them.
  • I love cauliflower Mash I make mine by steaming until mushy, throw it in a food blender with about a teaspoon of butter, garlic puree and the odd time I put grated cheese into it and it tastes lush. You deffo need to have a spice or flavouring in it else it can be pretty bland. I find the garlic or the cheese helps :)
  • I've just started back the gym and use my HRM to estimate my exercise cals and I try to eat most of the back as I'm at 1200 cals a day too. I cycle to and from work so I tend to know how much I burn with that and then at the gym I aim to burn 500 cals or more and try to eat it back with veggies and stuff when I go back…
  • 1. Turn my alarm on snooze about 6 times (I'm awful at getting up!! I set 6 different alarms) 2. Have a pee! 3. Feed the cats, sort the dog and feed myself usually in a check out line type operation for my morning and all at the same time too! Very boring I know but pets are sods in the morning until you feed them! haha
  • You look amazing, well done x
  • Sorry forgot to add that if I have an atkins bar etc I keep the fiber as I know the net carbs have already been worked out for me!
  • What I do for my carbs on here is take the Fiber from the carbs. So if it says I've eaten 25 carbs and 10 fiber.. I take it off and say I've eaten around 15 carbs. Maybe not the most accurate thing to do but It's working for me and I don't go over at all!
  • Yeah it is tricky to plan as you're main food can be high in calories. I do try and eat more salad then meat or cheese for lunch, which is making my calories slightly less than it is has been. I suffer from PCOS so I will struggle to lose weight but I shouldn't be struggling in the 2nd week of the diet and only losing like…
  • Deffo feeling this today! Weighted myself yest and was 5 poudsn heavier and bloated and TOM started today and I'm soo grouchy and wanting choc and the bloating to go away! haha. what we women have to suffer through is not fair some days! lol x
  • You look amazing. Hope I look that good when I hit my target!!
  • I also suffer from PCOS and got told last week by my Doctor that Metformin should only be used as a last resort and if you have diabetes in the family. She suggested to me to try lower carb and the exercise. I'm just about to on "the pill" to help regulate my body as I was an emotional eater due to having bleedings around…
  • Women co-workers - good for any office gossip/problems to speak about Men co-workers - Cheer you the hell up and make it 10 times a happier place and have to admit make you laugh a lot. I work with a girl who if she has something wrong with 1 person, she takes it out on everyone.. which really grates on me. It's like…
  • It is frustrating. I put on 3 stone in the past 4 years with having PCOS and not even knowing I had it until I was getting very ill from it. I tried pretty much every diet and failed as I'd lose weight and put it straight back on or have problems with my PCOS and gorge on cake and sweets to feel "better" I've lost 12…
  • This is inspiring as I know that I want to go from size 18/20 (currently a size 16-18) to 10/12.,. proves it can be done! I also suffer from naturally big boobs (not fat boobs!) and I am thinking if I don't lose any/much weight off my boobs then I'd need to consider like you did also and have a reduction as the only reason…
  • I won't blame my boyfriend but he doesn't help the matter at all. I put on 3 stone since I've been happy with my partner and never been able to get it off. I've tried most diets but I never get support and what he doesn't help with is he is bone idle. He won't cook his own dinner, so if I don't cook for him he gets take…
  • I used to have so many friends when I was 17/18.. Then I met my boyfriend when I was 18 and lost all my guy friends as I found out the only reason they hung with me was to try and date me.. and then most my girl mates changed or went to uni so I found myself a lone a lot of the time.. 4 years later I only have a handful of…
  • Now done day 2 even if I did it at 10:30pm!!
  • I missed my day 2 yest (stupid life getting in the way!) so hopefully my day 2 is happening today :)
  • I'm gonna try and do 30DS everyday. I cycle to and from work 5 days a week, so ideally I may have Wednesday's off if I need to as I have a driving lesson and tend to not have time to exercise by the time I've got home (9pm) I'm trying not to have any days off else I'll lose my motivation but I know some days I can be…
  • Done my day 1 - level 1. Not as unfit as when I first did it about 4 months ago, still sweaty as hell tho!!
  • Think I gave up last time on about day 5 or 6 from being knackered going gym, shredding and cycling to work. Going to make sure Shred is my top exercise this July :) x
  • I'll join. Will give me motivation for the month! feel free to add me to help keep motivation! x
  • She seriously said that to you? Now that is just rude!! i'm going to wait for my Physio appointment to see if he has diagnosed my hip correctly. If not I will complain as I have his name on a letter and all my appointment letters etc. It's very frustrating that doctors are getting worse by the day and it's why people put…
  • My partner is the same, he kinda supports me but he has a very hands on job and doesn't want to waste £17.99 a month on a gym membership he doesn't need just to support me! He does take me to the gym which helps as I can't drive but I find myself having to work out at home more and more as his support goes out the window.…
