I'm a complete believer in big breakfasts/lunches and tiny dinners. I HATE going to bed feeling like I have food in my stomach and this restructuring of meals actually helped me to break out of a plateau I was on.

I hate my hyperextended limbs! I've only been dancing for the past few months and it makes it so difficult to find the right lines in my body. Plus everyone else just thinks it's creepy when my ankles bend too far forward :/ Haha. I'm trying to join the dance world so that I can appear more "normal".

Agreed. What the heck? I'm 5'6" and 132 lbs (no where NEAR underweight), and I think my clavicle is sexy. I thought it was perfectly normal to have a collarbone. Or are we tearing down that body part now too? There's a hell of a lot of skinny shaming going on here when the OP just wanted a bit of straight advice.

You don't have to be a coke head to be a model. Some of it is just genetics. Miranda Kerr was back to modeling swimwear WEEKS after having a 10lb baby boy. That's actually just impossible for most people, regardless of how hard we work at it.

My boyfriend is like this. It's infuriating. I've been trying to use his appetite (and ridiculously quick metabolism) to my benefit. When we go out to eat, I eat half my meal and give him the rest. Then I can pretty much order whatever I want, he gets to eat more, and I get to work on portion control. Works for us :wink:
