This is me exactly! Everyday, I either go over sodium, or sugar, but I always have a hard time hitting the calorie goal.

Thanks for outlining that! I'm always under in calories, but over in sugar, sodium, protein, or fat. So I tend to just not eat anything else if I'm over.

I hate when people suggest those kind of things to me!!! I mean, if it took me this long to weigh this much, I'm not going to lose it overnight, or in a week, or a month, even a year. Jeez people!!

Try to stay away from any foods that are high in sodium, that way you won't retain as much water. Also, try just light/moderate execising because sore muscles will also store more water. Good luck!
