I haven't actually cut out anything. I eat more fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. I try to eat some things I used to love and eat all the time (like pastries and stuff) sparingly. They taste better that way, when they are special. Mostly I've reinvented traditionally unhealthy recipes to be healthier, and also work on portion size.0 -
