Exactly! I have exercised since I was a teenage and can honestly say aside from being pregnant, I have never really been overweight. It's always the unhealthy overweight co-workers that say I'm too hard on myself. I don't see it that way at all. It really is a lifestyle.

LOL, no I did not see it. Honestly, not the slightest bit interested and I do not like Russell Crowe. Glad you enjoyed it though.

I have my fitbit one waiting for me at home. It arrived today!!!!! I'm so excited to see what I actually do in a day.

No I don't, but you lost 18 pounds so its working. Keep at it and you will get there. Remember it took a long time to put on that weight don't stress over doing it quickly. It's not a race, you just want to succeed no matter how long it takes. :flowerforyou:

I think you look great! I'm 5'2 as well, my lowest was 111 and that was to thin on me but everyone carries weight differently. If you are happy then it really doesn't matter what anyone says. Great job to you for your weight loss.

Great job! You look amazing!

that you're athletic

I typically don't change until almost right before bed. I will take off my heels and slip into flip flops but its like I soon as I walk through the door I'm checking backpacks, sorting papers/ homework. Starting dinner and doing homework with my kids. Yes... it does suck!

I suppose this is my friends position. But we ( my husband and I) see Phil and Vivian maybe 6-8 times a year. Am I expected to ask my husband to distance himself from him because of this non-sense?
-
Yes they are really close. They have known each other for at least 18 years. I guess Phil being all over the place never bothered me before because I would go out with them all of the time.

Something to consider. I did Insanity as well, I completed the entire program. I only lost 4 pounds on the scale. I did not take measurements but I did take before and after pics and it was a huge difference in appearance. Not losing on the scale is super frustrating, I know, but sometimes it helps to look at the bigger…

I wear a 4 now but since the holidays I'm closer to a 6. I think 4 is my ideal size. I've been as small as a 0 (I'm only 5'2) but everyone thought I had an eating disorder.

One thing is to be supportive another is to lie to someone for the sake of being nice! When and exactly how did we become a society of lying to others just to make them feel better. You can call me a bitc* you can call me a bully, but one thing you will never be able to call me is a liar!!!!

OP is are correct!!!!! Most people think this, the OP just felt the need to type it. Don't worry about sounding terrible, this site is full of comments like "great job" and "you look amazing" which is usually complete bull sh**!

I love the Think Thin bars, specifically the chocolate dipped mixed nuts. It only has 10g of protein though. I see it more as a yummy snack than a protein bar. Either way its gluten free and delicious.
-
I always laugh about that too. I love hummus but would have to eat an entire container to get a decent amount of protein. I just eat it because I like it not so much because of anything else really.

I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 136 looking to get down to 120. However I don't know how realistic this is going to be, I really don't look bad now. I wear a 4 or 6. Right now I have on a pair of Old Navy jeans and they are a 4.

No Month 2 is murder! I did Max Interval Circuit last night and thought I would die, lol.

I'm in Miami, but I work at a University and use the gym there. My friends like 24 hr fitness.

Where would be a good place to start? It seems really overwhelming on what you can and can't eat. I have been considering putting my son on a gluten free diet. But of course if he goes on it then that means I do too. I just don't know where to begin? Any reference points you found helpful?

Hi everyone, I'm currently on Month 1, Week 4 of Insanity. I'm starting P90X as soon as I'm done. Well not as soon, I'm sure I will take a week off. I really love P90X and look forward to finishing it this time around.

I have actually done Insanity before, back in 2011 I think. I really liked my results then. This time around not so much, but I do realize that the bigger changes happen in Month 2 so I will stick with it. I also did P90X but never finished the 90 days, I only made it to day 45 and saw amazing changes. I'm really looking…
