Now and since dieting and jogging for the past 12 weeks I have reached my slimmest and leanest in years. Gonna run my first half marathon on the 30th September. I´m a bit daunted I must…

Hi! I run at least 4 to 5 times a week. Currently I manage to run 5,5 miles (9km) to 6,2 miles (10k). I´m also building up for my very first half marathon on the 30th September. In October I´ll be ruuning a 10k event as well. Ideally, you should have 1 to 2 resting days.
