Training towards my goal of 14% BF and to build 7-10lbs muscle. Got rid of the 27lbs of padding on top of everything, now it's time for the dirty work.

Not really an event, just life. My 7 year old daughter has cerebral palsy and can not stand. Getting her into her wheelchair and the bath tub was becoming a struggle for me. I have shifted my focus much more heavily toward strength training, so I can continue to care for her properly.0

I have my 7th half (I think...losing count) in less than 4 weeks. After that, i'm going to take it down a notch for the winter, then ramp up in March with a Hot Chocolate 15K and back to the halfs in May (OC Half).0
