I have another week before I'm on Recovery Week! I have watched a couple videos of people doing the workout on Youtube and it looks a bit slower paced, although there are a few of the same cardio moves we've been doing. Do you do Insanity in shoes?

Yeah, per BodyMedia, I usually burn close to 300. I am going all out, breathing & sweating like crazy. A Bodymedia calorie adjustment is just the armband's calorie count aligning itself with MFP.

Hello! I'm on my 3rd week of Insanity. So far, I've lost 3.2 pounds. I am 5'6". I started at 147.8. My last weight was 144.6. Basically, I lost 2 pounds the first week, and 1 the 2nd week. I think I gained extra weight because after I stopped nursing my baby, I kept eating that "2nd dinner" I always needed when nursing!

Eating is the hard part for me. Cooking all day is the pits! I need to sit down and work out what to eat when. It works better for me to eat the same things often.
