Water weight explained a bit

I had a spike this week but today it was back to what it was before. Well before my birthday. I weighed myself the day before and the day after. I gained half a pound (OK I know it's not that much) but I still haven't lost it and it's been almost 2 weeks. :indifferent:
Part of it could be because I"ve gotten lazy on working out. I only walked yesterday (my shoulder was hurting me to bad to do anything else) but I was back at it this morning. (Though my should is now regretting what I did. )0 -

Question: Does this mean we should drink extra water on "spike days" to flush the fat?0 -

That could be as simple as inflammation from walking so far. It won't be fat.0 -
