  • Watch out for the SALT and anything with a lot of sauce! I had DELISCIOUS chinese food last week, and THEN I counted calories...over 900 in one meal...ee-ouch! You are very smart to plan ahead! have a great lunch!:flowerforyou:

RIght now is a great time....have a big bowl of strawberries, blueberries or blackberries...or mix them all in together with just a teaspoon of real sugar . let it sit for a few minutes and as the sugar breaks down, it get kind of syrupy...filling and deliscious!   • I have exactly the same problem.... lately I have been finding that brushing my teeth after dinner and /or chewing a mint gum helps.
