Some people are knuckle crackers but I bend and crack my toes when I get into bed every night. Just some weird habit. Not totally gross but it drives my husband crazy. :grumble:

Yep, it's something I do when I am struggling to get those last reps in. No one around me cares as we are all in the same situation. I actually find the sounds seductive if I pay enough attention to them. Primal.
