    Rump roast. It has a nice shape that you can grab on to easily for the input into the oven and looks like just the right amount of fat. Delicious.

    Depends on what you're having. I like to grind Boston butt for egg rolls, but Rump roast makes an awesome thick beefy stew.

    I guess, in this case, size would really matter.


    If it's for entertainment, surely it must be large enough to please.

    However for a more intimate occasion, the quality of the butt in question would have a larger impact.

    I know I should say the rump roast, as you could easily trim the fat, and all. However, I am naughty, and like to eat the fat anyway. So, I will go with the Butt as it's well marbled with the stuff.
