I didn't give up sugar completely. Fiber one bars are great but if I still want some dessert I just have some but make sure I don't over do it and that I'm still under for calories

Try changing up Ur workout. Sometimes muscld gains memory and your workouts become less effective.

I agree with this. lol my parents are my food police, but they aren't anywhere harsh as some of the experiences you had. just succeed in your goals and shut those people up.

you've changed your life completely by being healthy now. you've changed it for the better and now you're going to be healthier. its far better then letting yourself continue to damage yourself. be proud of yourself for making this change. =)

Joining challenges really helps. But I actually keep my weigh in day on Sunday to try to curb that feeling of letting go on the weekends.

i try not to bring stuff home that I like to have when I'm feeling like that and i try eating healthier stuff like fruits instead.

Mmmm sometimes our bodies get used to the type of exercising we're doing and the exercise loses its efficacy. Maybe try a different form of exercise.

try to just get yourself to start working out again....i've noticed that when you stop its harder to get back into the swing of things so maybe if you just start going, you'll get your momentum back.

I love Zumba but I agree. Some of the stuff they have online isn't that great. I either use the Zumba DVD kit I bought or go to a class at my gym, which is even better cause I usually don't leave the class without sweating up a storm. I lost about 15lbs doing Zumba so I think it really works :smile:

i used to feel the same way about being able to lose weight. and even when i found this app i didn't use it much. but then i started adding friends and started diligently calorie counting and mixing that with exercise. i hated exercise....still don't like most of it. but i found something i liked. i like to dance so zumba…
