Finally started week 4 today...man 5 minutes is hard I wasn't able to finish the last 4 minutes only managed 3 but hey wednesday will be better or so I keep telling myself :laugh:

I stayed the same this week which is good....seein as i felt like i was working 24 hours a day and getting no exercise...and eating crazy amounts...I am a waitress...but my chef is helpin me watch what i eat...i keep telling him I am fat ( he doesn't agree) but he is helping none the less:smile: I hope everyone…

Haven't been able to get any exercise in since wednesday..so tomorrow i will do week three day three and carry on from there! Good luck to everyone on their new week u can do it!

Started week 3 day 1 today...it flew past! I found running for the minute and a half harder than the 3 minute run...or maybe i was just in deeper thought I wasn't watching the time as much!:ohwell: Looking forward to day 2 I think I finally have my breathin in check!
