I was wondering if anyone has used this. I saw the infomercial today, and it looked interesting. I already go to the gym about 5 days a week, but I would like to change up my cardio sometimes.

    I've heard that the ab coaster is far better. I have one on the way! I was just searching info on both of them yesterday ;) If you google them you'll find what I found!
