700 feels light to me. I prefer to have the bulk of my calories in the evening because it helps me sleep. I am leaving a little off the top so I can have a slice of the banananananana bread I'm making for my coworkers.

Neither, really. I just lie there and...not sleep. I haven't had insomnia since I had a kid. I can usually fall asleep within 5 minutes of going to bed...but now I can't. I lie there and wait and wait for my body do what it's supposed to do and it just...doesn't happen.
