Ok, my can of soup is 524G. A serving size is 252G. The soup is 100 cals per serving. If I ate the whole can, how many calories did I eat? I am really awful at math. Why Does It Feel Like Starting Over Every Time?
Sometimes I am forced to go a couple of weeks without riding my bike. When I am riding 3x a week, I notice significant improvements on my stamina and strength, but if I take even a couple of weeks off, when I get on it feels like I'm starting over from square one.
