Should I go to the gym today?

I had a session with a personal trainer on Saturday which totally kicked my butt. Sunday I went for a 6mi bike ride which wasn't much on distance, but was on a mountain trail with INCREDIBLY difficult hills. Today I am sore, pretty much all over, but not unbearably so. If I want to keep up with the plan the PT created for me, I have to go 3x a week, but I also want to fit in my biking which also means going 3x a week. Yes, I am talking about working out 6x a week. Push through the soreness or give it a rest?

    I think many of us work out 6x/week.
    as long as you aren't working the same group every day in a row, and are giving yourself one rest day a week, I don't see an issue

    Thanks! I think I read somewhere that you shouldn't go to the gym while sore because you risk injury, which is why I was asking. I will push though!
