Should I Do It Again?

I posted yesterday about the KILLER DOMs from the last workout with my personal trainer. I only meet with him once a week and workout on my own the rest of the week repeating the same routine we had during our session. I could BARELY MOVE yesterday after the session on Saturday. I am STILL sore. I plan on going to the gym tomorrow. Should I do the same routine that killed my poor legs or do something less intense?

    wait- you ONLY do the work out you did with your trainer?

    Hermmmm what are you guys doing? and how often are you working out?

    Because most likely the answer is no. Doing the exact same workout over and over- like no split no nothing- just isn't effective.

    You need a separate workout to do on your own so you aren't beating the same muscles up constantly.
